If you have small kids, Legoland Japan in Nagoya has a great DUPLO play area close to the entrance. The kids can play with regular Duplos or have fun with the mega versions of the toy. There’s a train called the DUPLO Express that anyone can ride (if you’re under 100 cm/3’3″, you need to be accompanied by an adult). There was even a big play space with a slide, although it was closed when we went 😛
Also, if you are planning on walking around, you can rent a stroller there 🙂
Rental fee: 1,000 yen per day
Age limit: 1 month – 4 years (under 18kg/about 40 lbs)
